Text: Genesis 1:11

“And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.”

Seeds are God’s gift to man for his multiplication. Some time, when we pray to God for specific things, He responds by giving seeds so that when we plant them, we can get the harvest we desire. According to Gen 1:11, we discover that every plant (blessing released by God) has a seed in it.

God does not leave any man without a seed, no matter how small or few it may be. Seeds are what we sow, not what we eat up. When a farmer eats up his seed with his harvest, in the planting season, he’ll become stranded and once there’s nothing to sow, it invariably means there’s no harvest in view.

Your seed may not necessarily be money but anything that has the capacity to increase or multiply. Your business, career, gift/talent and so on can be seeds; when you sow them (put them to work), you are assured of a harvest. And the truth is before there can be fruitfulness, there must first be seeds down.

God does not leave a man without a seed to sow.

The sower’s grace is released upon you in Jesus’ name!
